On December 14th, under the chairmanship of Colonel Phan Dai Nghia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, the Organizing Committee for the Ceremony to receive the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces and the meeting with retired senior military officers in the province held a general rehearsal and checked the preparations for the ceremony.
Attending the dress rehearsal were Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, heads of the Provincial Military Command and leaders of the Staff, Political, and Logistics-Technical departments.
During the dress rehearsal, the program's contents were practiced according to the approved rituals and scripts. At the dress rehearsal, the members of the Steering Committee focused on unifying and completing the preparations, ready for the official ceremony to take place on the morning of December 16th in Vinh City with approximately over 2000 delegates in attendance.
