General Director of Song Lam Nghe An proposes solutions to fix degraded training ground
Faced with the serious deterioration of the training grounds, which greatly affects the training process in preparation for the new season of the youth teams, General Director of Song Lam Nghe An Club - Mr. Ho Le Duc proposed a number of solutions to overcome the problem.
Current situation of Song Lam Nghe An training ground
Currently, the ClubLam River Nghe Anis facing a serious deterioration of its training grounds. With 3 existing training grounds - 1 natural grass pitch and 2 artificial turf pitches - many items are no longer of guaranteed quality, directly affecting the training process of Team 1 as well as the youth teams at Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center.

The natural grass training ground is currently in an alarming state. The uneven, bumpy surface is like a “plowed field”, making training difficult and potentially injuring players.
Meanwhile, artificial turf field No. 1 has expired, the rubber layer has collapsed, lost its elasticity, turning the field surface as hard as concrete - not only affecting the quality of training but also increasing the risk of injury.

Solution
In order to reduce the pressure on the degraded natural grass training field, Song Lam Nghe An has decided to temporarily suspend the training of the youth teams here. Classes of the Nghe An Youth Football Training Center will be transferred to practice on 2 artificial grass fields.
As for Team 1, due to Vinh Stadium being under regular maintenance, the team still has to practice on natural grass. However, to overcome this situation, Song Lam Nghe An has proactively contacted and arranged for Team 1 to move to practice on the grass field of Military Region 4 in the near future.

After Team 1 is assigned to practice at Military Region 4's field, the natural grass field will have about 1 month to undergo maintenance and renovation. This process will include grass care, pest control, and improving the field surface with specialized machinery.
The General Director of Song Lam Nghe An expressed optimism that, with favorable weather, the natural grass field will soon be restored, creating favorable conditions for the youth teams to return to practice and prepare thoroughly for the new season.
Sharing about this plan, Mr. Ho Le Duc - General Director of Song Lam Nghe An said: "We are taking advantage of all possible resources to quickly overcome the degradation of the natural grass field. The temporary suspension of training on this field for youth teams is necessary to take time to restore the grass surface, ensuring the best training quality for the players".

As is known, all facilities that Song Lam Nghe An is currently using are under the management of Nghe An province. According to regulations, any renovation activities must be approved by the province as well as relevant departments, agencies and branches.
"Currently, Song Lam Nghe An has established a project to renovate artificial turf field No. 1, but is facing some difficulties in terms of investment capital. Therefore, the club will submit and ask for direction on this renovation and repair project to Nghe An province. This is an important item, directly affecting the training process of the youth teams. We look forward to receiving support from the province in renovating artificial turf field No. 1," said Mr. Ho Le Duc.

Upgrading the stadium system is an urgent requirement, creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of Nghe An football. Song Lam Nghe An hopes to soon have a modern training ground system, meeting the training and competition needs of the players. This is an important factor for Nghe An football to develop, continuing to affirm its position in the youth football village of Vietnam./.
