The General Director of Song Lam Nghe An proposed solutions to address the deteriorating training ground.
Faced with the serious deterioration of training grounds, which greatly affects the training process in preparation for the new season for youth teams, the General Director of Song Lam Nghe An Club, Mr. Ho Le Duc, proposed several solutions to address the problem.
Current state of Song Lam Nghe An training ground
Currently, the ClubLam River, Nghe AnThe training grounds are facing serious deterioration. With 3 existing training fields - 1 natural grass field and 2 artificial turf fields - many facilities no longer meet quality standards, directly affecting the training process of the First Team as well as the youth teams at the Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center.

The natural grass training pitch is currently in a critical condition. The uneven, bumpy surface resembles a "plowed field," making training difficult and posing a risk of injury to the players.
Meanwhile, the artificial turf pitch number 1 has expired; the rubber layer has sagged, losing its elasticity and turning the surface into a concrete-like hard surface – not only affecting the quality of training but also increasing the risk of injury.

Solutions
To alleviate pressure on the deteriorating natural grass training pitch, Song Lam Nghe An has decided to temporarily suspend training for its youth teams there. The classes at the Nghe An Youth Football Training Center will be moved to train on two artificial turf pitches.
For Team 1, due to Vinh Stadium undergoing routine maintenance, the team still has to train on natural grass. However, to overcome this situation, Song Lam Nghe An has proactively contacted and arranged for Team 1 to move to the grass field of Military Region 4 for training in the near future.

After Team 1 is assigned to train at the Military Region 4 stadium, the natural grass training ground will have about a month for maintenance and renovation. This process will include grass care, pest control, and surface improvement using specialized machinery.
The General Director of Song Lam Nghe An expressed optimism that, with favorable weather conditions, the natural grass pitch will soon be restored, creating favorable conditions for the youth teams to return to training and prepare thoroughly for the new season.
Sharing his thoughts on this plan, Mr. Ho Le Duc, General Director of Song Lam Nghe An, said: "We are utilizing all available resources to quickly address the deterioration of the natural grass pitch. Temporarily suspending training on this pitch for the youth teams is necessary to allow time for the turf to recover, ensuring the best possible training quality for the players."

As is known, all the facilities currently used by Song Lam Nghe An are under the management of Nghe An province. According to regulations, any repair work requires approval from the province as well as relevant departments and agencies.
"Currently, Song Lam Nghe An has developed a project to renovate artificial turf pitch No. 1, but is facing some difficulties regarding investment capital. Therefore, the club will submit and seek guidance on this renovation and repair project from Nghe An province. This is an important item, directly affecting the training process of the youth teams. We very much hope to receive support from the province in renovating artificial turf pitch No. 1," said Mr. Ho Le Duc.

Upgrading the stadium system is an urgent requirement, creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of football in Nghe An province. Song Lam Nghe An hopes to soon have a modern training ground system that meets the training and competition needs of its players. This is a crucial factor for the development of Nghe An football, further affirming its position in Vietnamese youth football./.
