(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 30th, the Vietnam-Korea Industrial Technical Vocational College held a ceremony to summarize the 2013-2014 academic year and award diplomas to the 5th cohort of college graduates and the 13th cohort of intermediate-level graduates. Representatives from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Vinh City, and various businesses attended the event.
In the 2013-2014 academic year, the Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology had 3 students win awards in the national vocational skills competition; 5 equipment pieces won awards at the national self-made vocational training equipment competition; and achieved 1 third prize and 1 consolation prize at the Nghe An Science and Technology Innovation Competition in 2013. At the end of the academic year, 697 college-level students and 126 secondary-level students graduated, including 134 students with excellent grades, 398 with good grades, and 291 with average or below-average grades. The school proactively signed cooperation agreements and invited businesses to the school to provide advice and recruit graduates for domestic employment as well as for overseas labor export, such as Hong Hai Group, Hung Thinh Co., Ltd., Lilama 69-2 Joint Stock Company, Vinashin Labor Export Company, Hong Ha Trading Joint Stock Company, etc.

At the ceremony, the school's leaders awarded diplomas to the fifth-year college students and the 13th-year vocational students; presented certificates of merit to outstanding students; awarded scholarships from the Korean Women's Association to 15 female students; and signed agreements with businesses regarding labor recruitment.
