Talking in the hallway of the National Assembly, many delegates said that this will help create a team of truly clean and capable officials to complete assigned tasks.

According to the delegates, a general review of the current personnel work is necessary. Because the ongoing situation of buying and selling positions, power, and rotation is causing public outrage, affecting the Party's reputation and the people's trust in state agencies. Therefore, a general review is the right direction, meeting the people's aspirations. At the same time, it is necessary to remove from the organization individuals who are not qualified and competent.

One of the factors that delegates are interested in when reviewing the work of cadres is the use of degrees by civil servants. Because in reality, there have been cases of discovered using degrees that are not in accordance with regulations and are dishonest. The use of fraudulent degrees does not only occur in one locality but in many places and at many levels. Therefore, this will be one of the key contents that need to be reviewed. If violations in the use of degrees by cadres are discovered, it is necessary to base on the provisions of the law to handle them. As for the case of cadres violating the use of degrees, it is necessary to review the entire qualifications of that cadre and if there is a violation, it will be handled depending on the level.

To effectively carry out the review, to make the cadres truly clean and capable of managing and operating the assigned work, the delegates said that it is necessary to assign the Central Organizing Committee to coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training to inspect and review all the qualifications of officials, especially those in power. At the same time, encourage all people and civil servants to participate in denouncing cases with signs of violations.

Delegate Nguyen Ngoc Phuong, Quang Binh delegation, commented: “This review is not difficult, just like the Hanoi city requires state officials to voluntarily declare their actions in using fake degrees. Second, mobilize all people and civil servants to denounce, including anonymously denouncing cases of fake degrees, then organize inspections and reviews. Third, request the submission of degrees, the Ministry of Education and Training or any department responsible for controlling degrees will find the subjects using fake degrees.”

The delegates also suggested that after inspection and review, violations should be made public to the people. Only then can we demonstrate the seriousness of the State apparatus, the management process and strengthen people's trust in the current inspection system./.
