Last month, Bolivia's Supreme Court ruled that Morales, the first indigenous president of this poorest nation in South America, could run for a third consecutive term.
Bolivia's current constitution stipulates that the president can only serve two terms. Morales, 53, was first elected in 2005 and re-elected in 2009.
