President Putin sends condolences to relatives of plane crash victims
Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to investigate the crash of the AN-148 plane outside Moscow, the head of state expressed condolences for the loss of life of passengers - Dmitry Peskov, Putin's spokesman said.

"The president has instructed the government to create a special commission regarding the plane crash outside Moscow," the president's spokesman said.
Vladimir Putin also directed relevant agencies to conduct necessary search and rescue operations.
"The president expressed his deep condolences to all those who lost relatives and friends in this disaster," Peskov said.
According to the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency "Rosaviatsiya", communication with the crew of the An-148 of Saratov Airlines performing flight 703 Moscow-Orsk stopped a few minutes after the plane took off from Domodedovo airport, the plane's signal disappeared from the locator.
According to preliminary data from the Agency, there were 65 passengers and 6 crew members on board the plane. The Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case under the article "violation of the rules of air transport operations, resulting in the death of two or more people".
