The above information was revealed by the press secretary of the Russian head of state, Mr. Dmitry Peskov, in the program "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin" on the TV channel "Russia 1".
“The president never starts any event without preparation and without knowing all the details with all the little things. Putin often takes advantage of the time while traveling, during flights. If necessary, from the plane he can call someone from among the heads of ministries, departments, heads of agencies to supplement or verify new information,” Peskov said.
He also noted that for the Russian president, last week, when Putin held talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Chinese President Xi Jinping, was “a period of maximum tension and maximum geographical spread.”
