US President Donald Trump admitted he will not have time to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in early November because of mid-term parliamentary elections.

He confirmed this when answering reporters. The mid-term parliamentary elections will be held on November 6.
The date for the second summit between the United States and the DPRK has not been announced. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who just returned from Pyongyang, where he was negotiating preparations for the meeting of the two countries' leaders, said only that the time and location still need to be discussed.
The United States and North Korea are trying to agree on a sequence of steps to implement agreements reached in Singapore on denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula and normalizing relations between Pyongyang and Washington.
