Speaking during the program celebrating "100 days of the President of Ukraine" on the TV channel "1+1", President Zelensky admitted that the previous leader of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry tried to prevent his first phone call with President V. Putin.

"The Foreign Ministry really did not want me to have a phone call with the Russian President. For them, this is a political issue, for me - this is a humanitarian issue," Mr. Zelensky said.

President Zelensky also said that he decided to call President Putin because he realized that Russia did not implement the decision of the United Nations International Court on the release of Ukrainian sailors, and that people were dying every day in Donbass, Eastern Ukraine.

The Ukrainian President also said that in the second phone call, he agreed with President Putin that the next exchange between the two heads of state would take place during the Normandy format meeting on Ukraine.

Following the lifting of travel restrictions on women, for the first time in Saudi Arabia, female teachers will be allowed to teach male students in 1,460 public schools in the country.

Assistant Director of the Department of Education of Jeddah City (Saudi Arabia), Ms. Suaa al-Mansour said that the above project aims to improve the efficiency of the education system and ensure that every child can access quality education across the country.

The first phase of the training school project includes kindergartens for boys and girls aged 4-5 and the first three grades (grades 1, 2, 3) of primary school with students aged 6-8.

The ratio of male students to female teachers is 13.5%. According to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education, assigning female teachers to approximately 13.5% of male students would save the education sector $533 million in budgetary money just in arranging learning spaces for students.
