Vinh City: 500 businesses participate in tax dialogue

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 26, Vinh City Tax Department held a dialogue conference with businesses participating in tax payment in Vinh City.

At the conference, more than 500 enterprises directly participating in the dialogue listened to leaders of the Tax Department and specialized officers answer questions about tax policies and the implementation of Circular No. 28 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 45 of 2013 and Circular No. 47 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the management, use and depreciation of fixed assets. Introduced new contents of Circular No. 300 of the Ministry of Finance on guiding the implementation of the state budget index, applying sub-items and chapter codes to a number of revenue items on fees, charges and oil and gas.

At the dialogue, there were more than 30 questions from businesses directly asking about issues such as VAT refunds, payment of invoice value when payment deadlines come; issuing sales invoices when a third party participates in transporting and delivering goods; performing tax administrative procedures such as: Tax declaration, electronic invoice declaration, tax settlement, export tax, etc.

According to many businesses, most of their questions are satisfactorily answered by the tax authorities. However, some businesses also believe that, in order to make the dialogue more effective, after directly answering the businesses, the City Tax Department should have a written response specifically to the questions so that businesses have a basis when carrying out tax procedures later.

Ms. Dinh Thi Nga - Director of Giang Nga Trading Company Limited commented that through this dialogue, businesses not only have their problems directly resolved but also have updated knowledge about taxes. Currently, tax policies are constantly changing, so the city's organization of direct dialogues will be very useful, removing many difficulties for businesses. When participating in the dialogue, there are many businesses operating in many fields, the dialogue will help businesses communicate and know the problems that other businesses are facing. Although our company has not encountered such problems yet, if we encounter them in the future, we will know how to overcome them to operate better./.
