(Baonghean.vn) - News from Vinh City indicates that in the first eight months of 2015, the city issued 838 land use right certificates.

This included issuing 103 new land use right certificates for residential land; 235 certificates for apartments and villas; exchanging 33 land use right certificates for residential land; issuing land use right certificates for 376 cases of land use right transfer; re-recognizing land use rights for 60 cases; allowing land subdivision for transfer or donation of land use rights for 122 cases; the remaining cases involved land use purpose conversion and cadastral map extraction (13 cases); appraising 8 compensation plans for land clearance; and issuing 7 environmental protection registration certificates. The rate of land use right certificate issuance reached 81.2% compared to the number of received applications.
