Vinh City: Competition for Excellent Team Leaders in charge of the Youth Union in 2012

(Baonghean.vn) -In implementing the Youth Union's work program for the 2011-2012 school year, this morning, April 11th, Vinh City Youth Union, in coordination with the City Education Department, organized the opening ceremony of the 2012 Excellent Youth Union Teacher Competition.

Twelve contestants, all experienced teachers in charge of youth organizations and movements in various youth groups across the city, participated in this competition after successfully passing the preliminary round in March.

In the final round, contestants participated in three parts: theory (planning and organizing activities for the Young Pioneers and Children's Star groups; answering multiple-choice questions about Young Pioneer work); practical skills (ceremonial etiquette, drumming, leading group dances and songs); and talent show.

The competition aims to commend outstanding teachers in charge of the Youth Union and affirm the position and role of these teachers in implementing and organizing Youth Union activities, contributing to improving the overall quality of education in schools.
