This information was announced by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thang - Head of Urban Management Department, Vinh City People's Committee on the afternoon of April 7, 2017. "The idea of ​​establishing a Facebook page to serve the urban management of Vinh City has existed for a long time and this Facebook page was established more than a year ago but has not officially come into operation yet," said Mr. Thang.
