Vinh City: Two 16-storey buildings for students are about to be completed.

(Baonghean.vn) - The Vinh Trung student housing project - Vinh City has been basically completed, including two 16-storey buildings, of which building A has been put into operation to accommodate nearly 900 students.

Up to now, Vinh Trung Student Housing Area has been basically completed.

Vinh Trung student housing project (invested, managed and operated by Nghe An Construction and Urban Infrastructure Project Management Board) started construction in 2009 with a total investment capital of more than 250 billion VND from government bond capital.

The scale of the project includes 2 high-rise buildings with 224 rooms, which will accommodate about 1,800 students. With the support of the province in terms of mechanisms and preferential policies, the rental price for student rooms ranges from 115,000 to 147,000 VND/person. After more than 1 month of operation, building A has attracted 700 students from Vinh University and other universities in Vinh City.

To effectively exploit the project, currently the Management Board of Nghe An Construction and Urban Infrastructure Projects is continuing to complete procedures to hand over and put into operation building B of the project.
