Vinh City establishes one more nursery school and one more kindergarten.
In the 2012-2013 school year, 44 preschools in Vinh City will accommodate 1,723 out of 7,604 (22.66%) children in the nursery age group and 11,480 out of 15,102 (76.02%) children in the kindergarten age group; including 4,790 out of 5,158 (92.87%) 5-year-old kindergarten children. Therefore, quite a number of children who need schooling will not be able to attend.

To gradually address this situation, on August 22nd, the Vinh City People's Committee issued a decision to establish Hoa An Phu Private Kindergarten (located in Hamlet 20, Nghi Phu Commune) and An Binh Private Nursery (located in Block 10, Quang Trung Ward), bringing the total number of kindergartens in Vinh to 46.
