Vinh City: Punish driver who dumped construction materials on the road

Information fromTraffic Police Team - OrderVinh City Police said that the unit has drawn up a fine for the driver who dumped construction materials on the road in the area and did not clean it up.
Specifically, on the afternoon of July 22, driver NVT residing in Le Loi ward, driving a truck with license plate 37C 084.93, while driving, spilled construction materials including bricks, sand, gravel... on Le Mao extended road. Notably, this driver then left and did not return to the scene to clean up.

This incident has made people angry because construction materials scattered on the road not only endangers pedestrians but also damages the image of a civilized and clean Vinh city.
After receiving information from the people, along with monitoring security cameras, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Vinh City Police Department stepped in to verify. On August 4, the unit summoned driver NVT to work, the driver admitted his violation.

The authorities have issued a fine to the driver NVT according to Point B, Clause 2, Article 20, Decree 100 of the Government for the violation of "Carrying bulk cargo, waste, and construction materials that are easy to fall without a cover or tarpaulin or with a cover or tarpaulin but still let them fall; transporting goods or waste that let water flow onto the road surface, causing traffic safety and environmental sanitation problems", with a fine of 2,000,000 to 4,000,000 VND.
