Responding to Na Loi voters' petitions on vocational training support policies and job creation

Regarding this issue, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee responded as follows:

Currently, support policies for rural workers to participate in vocational training to solve employment are implemented in 3 National Target Programs for the period 2021-2025: building new rural areas; sustainable poverty reduction; socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; Tuition exemption and reduction policies according to Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated July 27, 2021 of the Government and Boarding policy for students studying at college and intermediate levels according to Decision No. 53/2015/QD-TTg dated October 20, 2015 of the Prime Minister.

In addition, the province issued a policy to support training costs for students and pupils in the area according to the provisions of Decision No. 66/2021/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee; Decision No. 49/2022/QD-UBND dated November 4, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee approving the list of training occupations, specific training cost support levels for each subject participating in elementary level training programs, training under 3 months in the province... Therefore, it is recommended that the People's Committee of Ky Son district direct the People's Committee of Na Loi commune to review the vocational training needs of workers and report to competent authorities to have a training plan to meet vocational training needs in the coming time.

In recent years, the work of creating jobs for workers, especially jobs for people after vocational training, has always been of interest to and focused on implementation by Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province.

Along with the solutions on mechanisms and policies that have been issued, the Provincial People's Committee regularly pays attention to directing, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs regularly coordinates with Departments, branches, localities, Nghe An Employment Service Center, vocational training institutions and enterprises to coordinate in organizing Job Fairs, Connection Programs, district-level job introductions at the grassroots level, job transaction sessions; Vocational training institutions in the province have proactively coordinated with localities, enterprises inside and outside the province to organize internships, practice, and field trips for students at establishments and enterprises so that students can access the working environment... Therefore, the rate of workers with jobs after training increases every year (in 2022, it will reach over 80.7%).

In response to voters' opinions, in the coming time, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs will continue to coordinate with departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, cities, towns in the province, and localities outside the province; direct the Employment Service Center and vocational training institutions to closely coordinate with enterprises to focus on improving the quality of vocational training, training to improve skills, meeting the needs of enterprises and the labor market, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and solving employment for workers in the province.
