Home ASIAD 2018 disastrous mistake about Vietnam Olympics

Yesterday (August 13), the ASIAD 2018 homepage posted a list of athletes participating in this tournament. Notably, in the men's football event, the host Indonesia registered a preliminary list of 20 players for the Vietnam Olympic team that was 'very different'.

Accordingly, Van Lam, Hong Duy, Thanh Chung, Tien Linh… are all on the list of athletes attending ASIAD 2018.

Instead, the names that are attending ASIAD 2018 but are absent from the homepage are Anh Duc, Van Loi, Van Toan and goalkeeper Van Hoang. This is quite surprising because quite a while ago, Coach Park Hang Seo announced the list of 20 players attending ASIAD 2018.

It can be understood that the initial list of 20 players sent to the 2018 ASIAD Organizing Committee was the most satisfactory list of Coach Park Hang Seo when he started gathering the team and he sent this list to Indonesia in time.

However, during the training session, Mr. Park made 4 changes. If we do not count the unavoidable cases of Thanh Chung and Hong Duy, it can be seen that Anh Duc and Van Toan were 2 'last minute' choices of Mr. Park.

It can be seen that Van Toan has created great trust in coach Park Hang Seo so that he decided to replace Tien Linh in the initial list. The same is the case with Anh Duc - Van Lam.
