Mid-Autumn Festival is a festival for children and teenagers. According to national tradition, during each Mid-Autumn Festival, children receive much joy, both spiritually and materially, from their relatives and the community.festival.

In cities, towns, and urban areas, starting from the days leading up to the Mid-Autumn Festival, children's toys and sweets are displayed in abundance along both sides of the road, in a variety of colors and designs. There are cheap options and expensive ones, giving parents and children plenty of choices.

In cities, towns, and central areas, playgrounds, parks, etc., have been well-prepared to serve children's entertainment. For children in rural and mountainous areas, although many organizations and individuals have shown concern and provided support to help them celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, their experiences are still not entirely complete.

The reasons include a lack of recreational facilities for children, difficult family circumstances, insufficient resources or lack of genuine concern from local authorities, resulting in the Mid-Autumn Festival still being "incomplete." Many children in the remote mountainous areas of Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Que Phong, etc., are unaware of the games or legends associated with the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Our province still has many disadvantaged rural areas, especially remote and isolated villages and hamlets. Therefore, to ensure that the Mid-Autumn Festival is truly fulfilling, all levels and sectors need to pay more attention to creating conditions for children to celebrate the festival in a joyful, friendly, equal, economical, and enriching atmosphere.

It is known that this year, some localities in rural areas have allocated budgets of 2,000 to 4,000 VND per child to be given to villages to organize Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations for the children. Whether the amount is large or small, it shows concern for the children and teenagers.
