"Singer Dam Vinh Hung's outfit is easily associated with sensitive issues related to politics, causing offense and creating bad public opinion, especially when the whole country is preparing to celebrate important political events, the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification and the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

The posting of such products on some fanpages, TikTok, YouTube... will be subject to regulations in the field of information and communication and other relevant regulations.
“After receiving the information, the Department of Culture and Sports proactively discussed with relevant agencies to determine whether the use of costumes was appropriate or not. Whether the songs performed were approved by competent authorities or not, whether they violated the prohibitions in performing arts activities and other relevant regulations or not.
