Ho Ngoc Ha just finished her Love Songs tour in the US on the evening of July 16. The singer had 9 very successful nights in cities with large Vietnamese populations such as Houston, San Diego, San Jose, Denver, Dallas, Atlanta. After Ho Ngoc Ha announced that the total audience for this tour was 16,000 people, many controversies broke out in newspapers and social networks.

Ticket prices for Ho Ngoc Ha’s shows range from 40 USD to 150 USD. Tickets for VIP audiences booked by table are from 1,000 USD and up.

On her personal page, Ho Ngoc Ha said that the tour was so successful that it brought her an indescribable happiness. For her, having the "sold out" sticker at a famous casino in the US was an honor. The show in Dallas sold out half a month in advance, even though the venue held nearly 4,000 spectators.

Before the noise about the free show or ticket sales, Ho Ngoc Ha's representative also spoke up: "The tour was scheduled to have 7 shows, but due to audience demand, we added 2 more shows, for a total of 9 shows. Of those 9 shows, only 1 show in Dallas was a casino buyout to get all the tickets as special gifts for customers with membership cards. The audience had to buy tickets for the remaining 8 shows at the highest price of up to 150 USD. Each show lasted 3 hours."

The organizer of the show is Ms. Lien Pham, a very famous face in the Vietnamese showbiz world overseas. She said that all the shows sell tickets, only the show in Dallas she transferred to Mr. Thomas Tam Nguyen - singer Hong Ngoc's husband - to perform and this is a free show, but requires the person receiving the ticket to be a member of the casino, not open to the public.
