According to witnesses at the scene, at 1:30 p.m. on January 8, a pickup truck with license plate 37C - 098.65 traveling in the direction of Con Cuong - Do Luong, when passing through a section of National Highway 7A in village 2, Linh Son commune (Anh Son), encountered a child running out from behind a driving practice car parked on the side of the road.

To avoid the child, the driver swerved the car into the field. At the scene of the accident, the car was about 3-4 meters from the road.
