On the morning of December 25, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies held a conference to review the Party building work in 2019; deploy key tasks in 2020. Innovation in leadership and direction

In 2019, closely following the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Bloc focused on leading and directing affiliated party organizations to implement the work of the year; the focus was on leading the implementation of political tasks in each department, branch, agency and unit.

Thanks to that, the advisory and service work of departments, branches, agencies and units for the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee has been improved; especially in building and implementing programs, plans, projects and tasks on socio-economic development, security - defense and Party building of the province.

The Party Committee of the Bloc also leads and directs party organizations to lead and direct the implementation of the "Year of administrative reform", focusing on reforming administrative procedures, public services, civil servants and administrative modernization; contributing to improving the investment environment, enhancing the provincial competitiveness index (PCI), the provincial public administration and governance performance index (PAPI)...

Party building work has received comprehensive leadership and direction in terms of political and ideological work; personnel organization; inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline...

In particular, the Party Committee of the Bloc has had many solutions to promote and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the Party Committee associated with evaluating and classifying the actual Party organization.

During the year, the entire Party Committee of the bloc admitted 152 new party members; bringing the total number of party members admitted since the beginning of the term to 837.

The Party Committee Standing Committee inspected and directed grassroots Party Committees to inspect 277 Party organizations; supervised and directed grassroots Party Committees to supervise 71 Party organizations. The Inspection Committees at two levels inspected signs of violations in 2 Party organizations and 7 Party members.

Avoid perfunctory study of resolutions and directives.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the innovation, creativity and determination in leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Bloc as well as the grassroots Party Committees in 2019; Party organizations affirmed their role as the political nucleus of agencies and units.

Affirming that the core of Party building work is to protect the Party's ideological foundation, protecting the Party's foundation is to protect the Party, protect the Party's policies and guidelines; therefore, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc continues to focus on improving the quality of studying the Party's resolutions, avoiding being superficial and general.

"If we do not fully understand the Party's policies, resolutions, and directives, it will be difficult to protect the Party's foundation and convey them to the people," the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized.

In parallel with the above content, the Party Committee of the Bloc and grassroots party organizations continue to implement the Central Resolution 4 (term XI, XII); consider this a regular task to review and detect signs of degradation, self-evolution, self-transformation to overcome; if they cannot be overcome, they must be strictly handled.

Along with that is the research and practical concretization of the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2020 on "Strengthening the great national unity bloc, building a clean and strong Party and political system".

The Party Committee of the Bloc and Party organizations need to take care of the information provision system within the Party; update timely information for cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees, especially reporters; actively participate in press and social network management activities; cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees in the Party Committee of the Bloc must not make false statements on social networks.

To effectively implement the above contents, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son emphasized that the Party Committee of the Bloc and grassroots party organizations need to strictly comply with organizational principles, understand and implement the Party's regulations and rules and the State's laws; promote the role of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees to well perform the political tasks of each sector, agency and unit; continue to consider and affirm the leadership role of the Party Committee of the Bloc and party organizations in administrative reform, select the contents that need focused leadership and direction to create more positive changes in the coming time...
