At the above time, two trucks with license plates 37N-0384 and 37C-12719 were traveling in the direction of Hanoi - Vinh. When they reached the intersection, both trucks competed to turn, pressing close to each other.

The consequence was that the front of truck 37N 0384 was crushed and the windshield was shattered. The driver was slightly injured. The drivers of the two vehicles got into an argument.
