Presenting 1,800 books to Ky Son Primary School (Tan Ky)

Ky Son Primary School currently has 45 teachers and 623 students, divided into three branches located in hamlets; the two furthest branches are Hung Cuong hamlet, 7km from the commune center, and the branch in Ky Nam hamlet, 4km from the commune center. The children here are mainly from poor and disadvantaged households in the commune.

Coming to the students of Ky Son Primary School, the delegation presented 1,800 books including textbooks for grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; reference books, children's books, and books for teachers.

Speaking at the book donation program, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hao - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications hoped that the donated documents would help the school, teachers and students improve the quality of teaching and learning. Through this activity, it will create an effect, attract the attention of organizations and individuals so that more and more books will come to the school library, creating conditions for students in difficult circumstances to have the necessary documents for teaching and learning.

Thanking the gift from the Department of Information and Communications and Nghe An Publishing House, the Principal of Ky Son Primary School affirmed that teachers and students of the school will use and effectively exploit the knowledge from these books.
