Awarded 100 million VND to support the construction of charity houses in Yen Thanh district
On the afternoon of December 25, the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs coordinated with Nghe An Newspaper and Yen Thanh District and representatives of sponsors to organize a donation ceremony to support the construction of houses of gratitude for relatives of martyrs in the district.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Ho Duc Thanh - Chairman of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province and representatives of two sponsoring units, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung and Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai. On the side of Yen Thanh district, there was Mr. Hoang Van Tuan - Head of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 50 million VND to Mrs. Tran Thi Nghi, a relative of martyr Ngo Tri Lam in Vinh Phuc hamlet, Vinh Thanh commune; the above amount was supported by the family of Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung, from Thanh Chuong, currently living in Hanoi. Mrs. Nghi is in extremely difficult circumstances, living with her two blind children.
With the support of 50 million VND from Nghe An Agricultural Materials Corporation and 50 million VND from Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung's family, Mrs. Nghi's family was able to build a new, spacious and solid 3-room house.
Next, the delegation presented 50 million VND to support Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tri, son of martyr Nguyen Dinh Chinh in Van Trai hamlet, Long Thanh commune; the above amount was supported by Minh Quang Company Limited. Mr. Tri's family is in difficult circumstances, his wife has a mental illness, everything in the house depends on him and his two daughters.
These are the 579th and 580th gratitude houses that the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province called for and mobilized support from organizations and units.

This meaningful activity of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs demonstrates the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", caring for and improving the material and spiritual life of poor households, families of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution to celebrate a warm traditional New Year; helping families of martyrs have solid houses, reduce difficulties, and stabilize their lives./.
