Presenting 20 savings books to policy families in Anh Son

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 21, Anh Son district held a ceremony to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2015) and the 26th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2015).

On this occasion, the delegates reviewed the glorious 71-year history of fighting, building, winning and growing of the Vietnam People's Army. At the same time, they acknowledged and evaluated the great achievements in 26 years of building the all-people national defense in the new era.

Also at the ceremony, the Military Youth Union - General Department of Politics of the Ministry of National Defense coordinated with the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank to present 20 savings books to policy families with especially difficult circumstances in the district, each savings book worth 5 million VND.
