Awarding 53 prizes to contestants at the 2020 Nghe An Province Youth Informatics Contest
(Baonghean.vn) - The Organizing Committee awarded 03 First prizes; 03 Second prizes; 06 Third prizes and 34 Encouragement prizes for the Personal Skills competition; awarded 02 Second prizes, 03 Third prizes, 02 Encouragement prizes for the Creative Software competition.
On July 16, in Vinh city, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province coordinated with the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Information and Communications to organize the 26th Nghe An Provincial Youth Informatics Competition - 2020.

This is also an opportunity to continue to evaluate the potential and ability to absorb information technology knowledge in particular and technology in general of young people.
From there, propose solutions for training and fostering to promote young IT talents, serving the cause of industrialization and modernization of the homeland and country.

2020 marks the 26th anniversary of the Youth Informatics Contest of Nghe An province, with the participation of 137 contestants from 20 districts, cities and towns across the province, including Primary, Secondary and High School. Of which, 120 students (including 40 Primary school students, 39 Secondary school students and 46 High school students) competed in the Informatics knowledge and skills contest; 17 students competed in the creative software contest with 7 products participating in the contest.
The new point of this year's contest is that the Organizing Committee cooperates with the Institute of Information and Communication Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology to create questions and design the program framework to improve the quality of the contest.

After a day of excitement, the 26th Youth Informatics Competition has affirmed the movement of passion for learning Informatics and applying IT among students. Most of the contestants have shown the highest determination and shown the attention and investment of units and schools for the subject of Informatics.
