Comrade Le Van Sang was born on November 23, 1979 in Hung Lam commune - a place with a strong revolutionary tradition and rich in humanity. Following the sacred call of the Fatherland, in February 1998 he enlisted in Battalion 862, Brigade 146 - Naval Region 4.

After the new soldier training period, in June 1998, he was transferred to the 5th Information Company - General Staff Department - Brigade 146.

From September 1998 to March 2000, he was sent to attend elementary training at Battalion 4 - Vinhempich Technical College under the General Department of Technology. After graduating, he worked at the Technical Department, Brigade 957, Region 4 of the Navy as an artillery repairman.

From December 2003 to May 2011, he was assigned to work at the Technical Department - Naval Region 4 with the task of an artillery repairman and was promoted from Professional Soldier Warrant Officer (QNCN) to Second Lieutenant QNCN Grade 2/10 and Lieutenant QNCN Grade 4/10.

In response to the task of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland, in January 2012, comrade Sang was assigned to work at Song Tu Tay island in Truong Sa archipelago.

As a technical staff, he has constantly strived, cultivated, trained moral qualities, been exemplary, enthusiastic and always completed assigned tasks well.

During his time working, he suffered a serious illness and was treated, but due to a serious illness, he passed away on October 19, 2013 at his hometown.

In recognition of the contributions of comrade Le Van Sang, on March 27, 2015, the Prime Minister signed Decision 397 on recognizing and granting the "Fatherland's Gratitude" certificate to martyr Le Van Sang./.
