Exchanging urban management experience between Vientiane Capital (Laos) and Vinh City

At the meeting, Mr. Phu-don Mech-savanh - Deputy Head of the Department of Urban Management and Operation of Vientiane Capital introduced some outstanding achievements in urban management of Vientiane Capital in recent times, and at the same time wished to cooperate and learn from the experiences of urban management, management of transportation enterprises, and garbage collection of Vinh city.

Expressing his joy at welcoming the delegation, the representative of Vinh City's leadership, Mr. Le Sy Chien - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee affirmed that the delegation's visit and work demonstrated the sincere feelings between the capital Vientiane and the cadres and people of Vinh City, contributing to continuing the long-standing tradition of friendship between the two brotherly countries of Vietnam and Laos.
The representative of the Vinh City People's Committee also informed the delegation of some basic information about current events, economic and social activities of Vinh City. In particular, he emphasized the activities towards the 230th anniversary of Phuong Hoang Trung Do, 10 years of Vinh becoming a class 1 city; shared some experiences in the process of urban management and management of enterprises collecting, transporting and treating waste in the area.
Vinh City leaders affirmed that they are ready to exchange and coordinate with Vientiane Capital in urban management and administration to build the city and the capital of the two countries increasingly green, clean and beautiful, contributing to building a brotherly friendship that is forever green and forever sustainable.
