The model of mass organizations, especially the Trade Union organization, has many management points, affecting the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Bloc.

In her concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Chi - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agencies of Nghe An province emphasized that the leaders of the three provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh have just held a conference to review 1 year of the Memorandum of Understanding on development cooperation between the three localities with the results and experiences achieved, which is an important foundation and premise for the three localities to continue to widely implement development cooperation activities in the coming time.
