Exchange information processing skills for more than 100 electronic information portal officers
(Baonghean.vn) - That was the content of the training conference organized by the Department of Information and Communications in coordination with the RALG Nghe An Project Management Board on the morning of January 20.
Attending the training conference were comrade Nguyen Ba Hao - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications, more than 100 officers in charge of electronic information portals of departments, branches and localities.

The project Supporting Accountable and Responsive Local Governance in Nghe An, abbreviated as RAGL, is supported by the Belgian Government. The project's objective is to "Improve the interaction between the government and citizens, leading to improved service delivery and increased citizen satisfaction".

As part of the project program, the training course aims to enhance the capacity of the Editorial Board of the electronic information portal in disseminating information on programs and policies, focusing on promoting a broad understanding of the whole society about the accountability and responsiveness of agencies, leaders, civil servants and employees in the public sector, improving transparency and enhancing the effectiveness of State management.

Trainees attending the training course were instructed by officers of the Department of Information and Communications, editors, and technicians from Nghe An Newspaper on communication deployment skills appropriate to each content to promote the role and responsibility of the mass media, first of all the electronic information portal system of provincial departments, branches, and sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to disseminate to people a clear understanding of public services, implementation processes of policies, administrative procedures, etc., the publicity and transparency of State administrative agencies.
