The contest took place within 4 weeks, from December 30, 2014 to January 30, 2015 in the form of an online test on the website of the Provincial Party Committee, aiming to raise awareness of cadres and youth union members on ensuring traffic order and safety, clearly defining responsibilities and promoting the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism of young people in ensuring traffic order and safety, forming a culture of participation in traffic of young civil servants.

The contest attracted the participation of more than 10 thousand youth union members. As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 44 prizes, including 4 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 12 third prizes and 20 consolation prizes to individuals.
Regarding the collective, the first prize went to the State Bank Youth Union, the second prize went to the Tax Department Youth Union and the third prize went to the Nghe An Statistics Department.
