(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 2, in Vinh City, the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 19th National Youth Informatics Competition, 2013 took place. Attending the closing ceremony and award ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Thi Ha - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Nguyen Minh Hong - Deputy Minister of Information and Communications; Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

According to the Board of Judges, in general, this year's contestants have relatively equal qualifications, contestants from disadvantaged areas and ethnic minorities are not inferior to contestants from the city in terms of qualifications and skills. The entries in the general competition of primary and secondary school students this year have 3 entries with maximum scores, including the entry of contestant Ha Huy Cong, a 5th grade student at Truong Thi Primary School - Vinh City - Nghe An, with 99/100 points.

The creative software competition has caused many surprises for the Jury this year. The software participating in the competition has many new contents related to network security, social issues, and some software has used many advanced programming languages. Especially in the Competition, many teams used smart and surprising tactics to win.

The Ministry of Education awarded certificates of merit to 4 contestants who won first prizes.

Nghe An delegation has Ha Huy Cong - 5th grade student - Truong Thi Primary School - Vinh City won first prize, Hoang Phan Huu Phuc won third prize in primary school.
