11th Science and Technology Innovation Awards
At the Provincial College of Culture and Arts, the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Science and Technology, Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, Provincial Radio and Television Station and the Provincial College of Culture and Arts jointly organized the 11th Nghe An Science and Technology Innovation Award Ceremony.
At the Provincial College of Culture and Arts, the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Science and Technology, Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, Provincial Radio and Television Station and the Provincial College of Culture and Arts jointly organized the 11th Nghe An Science and Technology Innovation Award Ceremony.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, representatives of departments, branches at the provincial, district and urban levels, and authors and groups of authors with scientific and technological innovations awarded the 11th Science and Technology Award.

In 2010, there were the most scientific and technological innovations (100 projects) in many different fields. The 11th Scientific and Technological Innovation Award Ceremony had 19 authors and groups of authors awarded. Of which, there were 06 consolation prizes, 03 fourth prizes, 04 third prizes, 02 second prizes, 03 first prizes and 01 special prize awarded to the group of authors from Trung Do Granite Brick Factory with the research and successful production of ceramic colored tiles on the Granite brick production line.
In addition to the special prize, the Organizing Committee also awarded 03 first prizes to the authors and author groups: Mr. Tran Minh Sieu - Vinh City with the work "Related members of Uncle Ho's family"; author Truong Van Hien - General Director of Nghe An Agricultural Materials Company with the work "Application and successful crossbreeding of F1 hybrid corn from LVN14 corn in Nghe An" and the work "Soft dam to block Cam River to prevent drought and create a source of domestic water for Vinh City" by author Bach Hung Tuyen - Nam Irrigation One Member Co., Ltd.
In order to promote the movement of scientific and technological innovation, right after the award ceremony for the authors, on behalf of the organizing committee, Mr. Hoang Van Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology launched the 12th Nghe An Scientific and Technological Innovation Labor Emulation Movement in 2011.
