Awarding dozens of medals for crossbow shooting and volleyball

This activity took place from March 10-13, attracting more than 150 athletes from the districts: Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, Nghia Dan, Dien Chau, Ky Son, Tan Ky, Thai Hoa town and the host district Anh Son. The athletes competed in volleyball and crossbow shooting within the framework of the 8th Nghe An Provincial Sports Festival - 2018.

According to the Organizing Committee, the participating delegations this time have carefully selected and trained their athletes. In addition, the districts also chose local strengths to compete, so the professional quality is quite high.

At the end of the tournament, in men's volleyball, the Organizing Committee awarded the Gold Medal to the team from Dien Chau district, the Silver Medal to Tuong Duong district and the Bronze Medal to Nghia Dan district; In women's volleyball, the Gold Medal was awarded to Vinh city team, the Silver Medal to Anh Son district, and the Bronze Medal to Quy Hop and Thai Hoa town.

In crossbow shooting, Tuong Duong district won 6 Gold Medals in 6 team events; Que Phong district won 1 Gold Medal in the men's individual standing shooting event and 1 Gold Medal in the women's kneeling shooting event; Tan Ky won 1 Gold Medal in the men's individual kneeling shooting event; Quy Chau also earned 1 Gold Medal in the women's individual standing shooting event.
