On the morning of August 24, at the Do Luong District Party Committee and Dien Chau District Party Committee, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee solemnly held a ceremony to award the First Class Military Exploit Medal to comrades: Nguyen Khac Duc - Hamlet 7 Tan Son, Do Luong; Nguyen Van Tu - Block 3 Town, Do Luong; Hoang Sinh - Dien Thinh, Dien Chau.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Duc was formerly a training assistant, Division 51, Division 91; Comrade Nguyen Van Tu - Former Station Chief, Division 165, Division 95; Comrade Hoang Sinh - Former Head of Finance Department, Division 95. During their work in Laos, the three comrades achieved many outstanding achievements in carrying out international missions.
Comrade Tran Cong Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee was authorized to award medals to the above comrades.
