At the ceremony, comrades: Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Viet Thanh - former Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee; Le Thi Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Nghe An province were honored to receive the Second Class Labor Medal from the President for their outstanding achievements in work from 2013-2017, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

Comrades: Dinh Viet Hong - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission were honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the President for their outstanding achievements in the period from 2012 to 2016, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
