Authorized by the President, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

On this occasion, the comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also presented flowers, souvenirs and said goodbye to 4 comrades: Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and former members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee: Nguyen Bang Toan - former Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Truong Hong Phuc - former Secretary of the Do Luong District Party Committee; Dinh Ngoc Van - former Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command who retired under the regime.

On behalf of the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh acknowledged and sincerely thanked the enthusiastic and responsible contributions of comrades in the process of implementing the common tasks of the province as well as participating in many issues in the activities of the Party Committee over the past time.

The Provincial Party Secretary also hopes that comrades will continue to promote the intelligence and responsibility of Party members who have held high positions in the Party and the State system to continue to give advice and contribute more to the province in the process of leadership and direction, contributing to Nghe An's faster and stronger development in the coming time.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the comrades retiring this time, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam thanked the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for their attention; at the same time, he hoped that the Provincial Party Committee would continue to unite, collaborate, and strive to fulfill the goals, targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020.
