Giving gifts to former Youth Volunteers who participated in the fight against the French
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 9, Tien Phong Newspaper, Euro Window Company coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union and the Association of Former Youth Volunteers to organize a meeting and give gifts to Former Youth Volunteers who participated in the resistance war against France.
Attending the meeting were representatives of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Youth Union, Mr. Mai At - Chairman of the Association of Former Youth Volunteers of Nghe An; Mr. Nguyen Canh Mao, General Director of Vinh Trade Center Investment Joint Stock Company, Eurowindow European Plastic Window Group and many former Youth Volunteers against the French in the province.
During the resistance war against the French, responding to the call of the Party and Uncle Ho "all for the front line", many young people enthusiastically volunteered to join the resistance war, becoming Youth Volunteers (TNXP) soldiers, directly participating in important tasks such as: Opening the road, leading the way, showing the way for troops to march and fight; ensuring smooth traffic day and night... contributing to the cause of national liberation. At the meeting, former Youth Volunteers reviewed the glorious historical tradition of the Vietnam People's Army, the Bien Bien Phu Victory.
