Giving Tet gifts to poor households.
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 20, 2014, through Baonghean Newspaper, Intimex Vietnam Company - Nghe An Branch presented two gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to two families in Do Luong and Nam Dan districts.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thai (born 1921), residing in Hamlet 9, Xuan Son Commune (Do Luong District), has eight children, all four of his sons volunteered for the army. In 1972, his eldest son died in the Quang Tri battlefield, and his youngest son is currently suffering from throat cancer. Aware of the family's difficult circumstances, Intimex Vietnam Company - Nghe An Branch, through the Nghe An newspaper, presented a gift worth 1 million VND.

That same afternoon, in Hamlet 3, Khanh Son Commune (Nam Dan District), Mr. Vo Canh's family received a gift worth 1 million VND from Intimex Vietnam Company - Nghe An Branch, presented by a representative of Nghe An Newspaper. Mr. Canh (76 years old), his 75-year-old wife suffers from a spinal disease and is bedridden, his 42-year-old daughter has a neurological disorder, and his grandson, less than a year old, has undergone three surgeries at the Children's Hospital in Hanoi for hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. The family is facing financial difficulties.
