Presenting gifts worth 150 million VND to students in the mountainous area of Que Phong
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 29, Que Phong District Youth Union coordinated with Nghi Loc District Youth Union and Ho Chi Minh City Bookshelf Club to organize a volunteer program and give gifts to students in Huoi Moi, Tri Le, Na Sanh villages (Tien Phong commune), and Khun Na village (Dong Van commune).
On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts including: 4 televisions, gifts for 15 teachers of primary schools, notebooks, backpacks, water bottles, warm clothes, and candy for 300 students. The total value was 150 million VND, mobilized from the contributions and support of the Ho Chi Minh City Bookshelf Club.
The practical gifts have contributed to sharing difficulties, helping children in the highlands have a warmer winter when Tet comes, Spring comes, at the same time, showing the love of cadres, union members, youth, and the Ho Chi Minh City Bookcase Club for ethnic minorities.
