Awarding the Decision to appoint Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Science and Technology

Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Tran Quoc Thanh - Director of the Department of Science and Technology. Representatives of leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; and officials, civil servants and public employees of the science and technology sector also attended.

At the ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented Decision No. 866/QD-UBND dated March 14, 2018 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee appointing comrade Hoang Nghia Nhac - Head of Science Management Department, Department of Science and Technology, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Presenting flowers and congratulating comrade Hoang Nghia Nhac on his appointment to the new position, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Thanh Dien acknowledged and evaluated comrade Hoang Nghia Nhac as a long-time staff member, having held many positions and having made many positive contributions to the development of the province's Science and Technology sector.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to comrade Hoang Nghia Nhac, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Thanh Dien emphasized: Science and technology play a very important role in the socio-economic development of the province. Being assigned a new responsibility by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee is both an honor and a heavy responsibility for comrade Hoang Nghia Nhac.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Thanh Dien requested the new Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Hoang Nghia Nhac, together with the Party Committee, Board of Directors, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and the Science and Technology sector to unite, promote the achieved results, continue to make many positive contributions, and contribute with the Party Committee and people of the province to successfully implement Resolution 06 on science and technology development in the period 2016-2020, with a vision to 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, to build Nghe An into a center of science and technology in the North Central region.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Hoang Nghia Nhac, promised that in his new position, he will work with the collective, cadres and civil servants of the science and technology sector to better fulfill the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee; worthy of the trust and confidence of cadres, civil servants as well as those working in scientific research.
