(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 18, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to hand over the Decision on the transfer and arrangement of the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.
Attending the decision-giving ceremony were comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders and experts of the Party Building Committees of the Provincial Party Committee.

Pursuant to Decision No. 75/QD-TU, dated January 7, 2016 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the transfer and arrangement of cadres, at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to transfer and arrange Comrade Le Ba Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
