Faced with that situation, Do Luong Charity Association came to burn incense for Ms. Duong, supported the baby's grandmother with 1.5 million VND to take care of the baby, 600 thousand VND to buy diapers, milk and a savings book worth 13 million VND.
Witnessed by the local Party Committee and authorities, this amount of money is deposited in the bank for a long term. When Hoa turns 18, she can only withdraw it. In case of an accident, the People's Committee of Nghia Phuc commune must intervene to withdraw the above amount. This savings book is sent back to the Nghia Phuc Commune Policy Board for safekeeping.
