Donated 250 sets of clothes to Dan Lai students

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 30, Nghe An Province Continuing Education Center organized a gift giving ceremony for Dan Lai students in Co Phat and Khe Bung villages of Mon Son commune, Con Cuong.

These are two villages in the core zone of Pu Mat National Park, 100% of the students are children of the Dan Lai ethnic minority. The lives of the people here are still poor and backward, so going to school for the children is very difficult.

In order to promptly encourage and share so that children can feel secure going to school, the staff, Trade Union, and Youth Union of Nghe An Province Continuing Education Center launched a fundraising campaign and donated 250 sets of clothes to Kindergarten and Primary school students at the satellite schools in Co Phat and Khe Bung villages with a total value of nearly 30 million VND.

This is an annual activity of the Provincial Center for Continuing Education aimed at poor ethnic minority students in difficult areas.
