Donated 3,659 cows to poor households in border areas

(Baonghean.vn) - In 2015, implementing the program "Breeding cows to help the poor in the border", Nghe An Border Guard coordinated with Viettel Nghe An and other functional agencies to donate to poor households in the border districts: Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Anh Son, Thanh Chuong and Que Phong with the number of3,659 cows.
