Previously, at around 1:00 a.m. on May 23, 2019, in Quynh Ngoc commune, Quynh Luu district, the Special Task Force including the Economic Police Department (Nghe An Police) and professional units of Nghe An Provincial Police caught two subjects red-handed buying, selling and transporting firecrackers.

They are Hoang Van Hung (born in 1986), residing in Quynh Thuan commune, Quynh Luu district and Phan Van Yen (born in 1972), residing in Thanh Van commune, Tam Duong district, Vinh Phuc province, who are using a truck to buy, sell and transport 587 kg of firecrackers, including firecrackers and fireworks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of the Economic Police Department. The successful discovery of Project 519P demonstrated the sharpness of the profession and the effective coordination of the forces participating in the project.
