Returning stolen motorbikes to their owners.

(Baonghean)Traffic police of Vinh City Police Department have returned stolen motorbikes to Mr. Dang Cong Quynh, residing in Trung Dong block, Hung Dung ward, Vinh City, and Mr. Trinh Cao Hung, residing on Hue Street, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.

Mr. Dang Cong Quynh's car was stolen by thieves on July 24th, while Mr. Trinh Cao Hung's car was stolen in Hanoi back in 2008.
