Donated over 214 thousand bricks to build schools

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 8, the Farmers' Association of Do Luong district handed over bricks to build a kindergarten for Trung Son commune.

The number of bricks awarded this time is 24,240 with a total value of 36 million 360 thousand VND for Trung Son commune to build works at the kindergarten such as: fence, dining room, and auxiliary works.

Previously, the District Farmers Association had given bricks to the communes of Giang Son Dong, Giang Son Tay, Lam Son, My Son, Dang Son, and Hien Son to build more classrooms. The total number of bricks given so far is nearly 214,000, worth over 320 million VND.

This is a program of contributing bricks to build schools launched by the Farmers' Association since November 2016, according to which each farmer member contributes at least 2 dashboard bricks, each worth 1,500 VND.

Receiving the bricks to build schools, the localities and schools were very excited, because this is a practical and meaningful work, helping schools to consolidate and complete the works, creating conditions for students to study well./.
